  • There are 3 cups of diced watermelon.
  • Cucumber is one medium English cucumber.
  • Pinch of cinnamon

It’s a good idea to blend everything together and sip it to feel light and refreshed.

Dr Oz: Skin-Friendly Smoothie Recipe

Vatta dosha types should not lose weight since they are already on the small side, so the cleanse she recommends for them includes ingredients higher in fat and calories.

  • Almond Milk is 10 ounces.
  • 1 cup of cooked sweet potatoes.
  • ½ Avocado
  • 1 part ginger to 1 part water.

You can make a delicious smoothie by mixing everything together.

Dr Oz: How Long Should You Do a Juice Cleanse?

If you are new to cleansing, Dr. Kulreet Chaudhary recommends taking it slowly. It is the best time of day for your body to get rid of toxins if you replace just a meal a day for 21 days. She only recommends 7 days for a Vitta type to avoid weight loss.
