The Daniel Fast is a religious partial fast that is popular among Evangelical Protestants in the United States in which meat, wine, and other rich foods are avoided in favor of vegetables and water for a period of three weeks in order to draw the believer closer to God.

Even though it can be quite boring, people report losing weight and feeling more energetic after following a mono diet.

A smoothie cleanse is one of the best ways to lose weight.

  • It makes digestion much easier by giving you a break from solid food.
  • If you want to cleanse your colon or maintain optimal blood sugar levels, a smoothie cleanse is better than a juice cleanse because it keeps all the fiber.
  • There are no risks of deficiencies when you drink a smoothie cleanse.
