It doesn’t matter if you drink juice in the morning, afternoon or night. Have a juice whenever you need it. Just listen to your body.

The Mean Green

Detox juice recipes, Organic Green juice

  • 6 leaves of a vegetable.
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 rib of celery
  • 4 cups of baby greens.
  • 1 cup of parsley
  • ½ cup of coriander
  • 1 green apple
  • The juice of ½ lemon

The sweet Green

  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 2 lemon
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 2 apples

Liver Detox

Your body is made of bile and it is your main job to cleanse it. It’s like a big filter.

Even if it is supposed to be a job ofdetachment, it still needs some help.

The best way to increase the amount of detoxify in the body is to eat broccoli.

You can mix broccoli with something else, but it might not be appealing to you. Yes!

You can add cucumbers to your broccoli juice.

  • 2 cucumbers

  • The tray should be filled with about 1 inch of soil.
  • Spread the seeds outdoors.
  • Keep it in the dark for 3 days.
  • On the 4th day, uncover the grass, water and keep it in a room with light and shade, and never direct sunlight.
  • If you have mold problems, increase the air circulation with a fan.
  • The average growing time is 7 to 12 days. The grass should be kept in a container in the fridge for a week. New seeds and soil are needed to grow again.
