I wanted to see if I could make $50 a week for a week, three meals a day, for two adults to give you some ideas on what you could buy and eat on a tight budget.

I have to make a bunch of warnings about this cheap grocery list so that no one freaks out.

We live in a low cost of living area in the US.

No, we don’t have any food allergies

You won’t be eating organic for this price urbancitystyles. When you have little money, the priorities are elsewhere.

I found prices in West Michigan in January. You should swap out produce for anything on sale in the season.
