There is a lot of marketing hype surrounding the drink, which is called Stinger Detox.
In our experience, that often means that more money is spent on making the brand look good, rather than spending coins on making it work, at least well enough to pass a drug test, and so on.
We decided to review this product because we saw some positive reviews from people in our Facebook groups.
Information about our review can be found in this section.
What is the name of the product?
Stinger Detox is a detox product that claims to be five times stronger than the competing products available.
The name of the liquid is called Stinger Buzz 5x Extra Strength Liquid. Isn’t that a mouthful?
That kind of hype-talk makes products that are supposed to cleanse sound suspicious.
If you are going to make bold statements like that, you have to back them up with the right ingredients, the right dose, and the right method of delivery.
According to the company website, using Stinger is supposed to be an effective way for your body to remove toxins in a completely natural way.
It’s done through your organs, which would eventually excrete your pee.
And with a name like Stinger Buzz 5x Extra Strength, you would think that they are secretly targeting people who have recently enjoyed a bit of a herbal buzz and need to pass a drug test sometime soon.
So, let’s take a closer look at the detox drink formula.
There is a buzz about the ingredients of the Stinger Detox.
For this review, we put our research caps on and looked at some studies to back up the ingredients.
Here is what we discovered.
1 – L-Taurine
There is plenty of evidence of taurine having detox properties, and one study seemed to successfully tie a link to specific toxins . But if it really is so specific, then I’m not convinced that this herb would have positive effects on drug tests.
Taurine is popular in the health community because of its potential to help with metabolism. Some early research suggests that taurine has additional benefits in the body, such as protecting the brain, heart, and immune system.
Jon Johnson writes about health and nutrition.
2 – Methylsulfonylmethane
Is it time to just call it MSM? I don’t know how to say it correctly.
From the studies we looked at, MSM does seem to be a good ingredient that may help your body’s cells to release toxins more easily .
3 – D-Ribose
We didn’t find conclusive evidence that it might help with detox, so we couldn’t figure out why this was included. It seems to be more suitable to increase energy levels.
4 – L-Lysine
This ingredient has not been proven to help release toxins. It is more suitable to help with weight loss and cell repair.
It’s not certain if your weight will help you pass your drug tests.
5 – Niacin
There is some evidence that this ingredient may help to release toxins from fatty tissue, which could possibly work as a drug toxin cleanser .
According to the claim, it is five times stronger than other products.
Here is what I have to say about that.
The total amount of active ingredients is 600 million.
The company has chosen to hide behind a proprietary blend, so you don’t get any information on an individual ingredient basis. Indeed, it is curious indeed.
For all we know, the quantity of the most effective substances could be insignificant to cause actual results. Considering the results we got from our own Stinger Buzz Detox 5x test, that may just be the case. Nevertheless, I did a bit of research to be able to answer the question “does niacin work for passing drug tests,” be sure to check it out.
How Does It Work?
According to the company website, the Stinger Detox drink works by stimulating your metabolism into processing more toxins in a short period of time.
It means that the drug evidence is more likely to be flushed out in your pee than in your kidneys.
It is a simple concept.
But it could cause your pee to become too diluted, which would also trigger a positive result or request for a retest.
There is one thing missing in this product that would solve that problem with other products.
- Rescue Detox Ice Reviews.
- There are quick clear reviews of cleanse.
- The Stuff has reviews about it.
- Champ flushed out a cleanse.
- The Vale Detox One Hour Formula is reviewed.
How Do You Use It?
The instructions are very easy to follow.
These are the steps that would be standard for all of the drinks that are considered to be detoxing.
- Before a drug test, stay clean for at least 48 hours.
- Milk and dairy products should not be consumed on the day.
- Shake the bottle
- The entire bottle should be drank.
- You can refill the bottle four times and drink within 30 minutes.
- The best results can be achieved after 60 to 90 minutes.
The instructions state that you can refill the bottle with water and drink 32 ounces of water within half an hour.
You should get more drug evidence removed in a short period of time if you use this.
It’s important to mention that the Stinger Detox 5X is not a permanent solution. The evidence will be temporarily reduced by the system.
You are most likely to fail the home test on the following day.
Does it work to pass a drug test at home?
That’s always the big question and the favorite part of our research.
We did some moderate weed smoking over the weekend and then waited 48 hours before following the instructions of the blend.
We followed the steps recommended and then went through a home drug test three times.
The first time was after 90 minutes, the second after 2 hours, and then the last time was after 3 hours.
We drank a small amount of water for the first 60 minutes, but then stopped to make sure we didn’t have too much urine. Make sure you don’t drink dairy products.
What do you think about the result of Stinger Detox?
The first test came back positive. The other two came back with a lower than normal level of creatinine in their urine.
That is a poor result, one which you wouldn’t want to rely on. That wasn’t all that great.
How long do Stinger detox last?
The drink lasts up to 5 hours for the instant range. Depending on whether you take the regular strength or 5x one, this could vary a bit, with some reports finding that it only lasts for about two hours.
Is Stinger detox sold in stores?
It is only officially available on the company website, and not in stores. There are some herbal stores that have it in stock, but you would want to make sure that they are a trusted source as there are many fake products out there.
Is it a good idea to use a urine test?
Based on our research, testing, and customer reviews, our conclusion is that we wouldn’t recommend Stinger Detox.
We got too many failed or flagged tests after a moderate session of weed smoking.
A much better option that we use on a regular basis is Clear Choice Rescue Cleanse. This brand has become a trusted product, and from our reader’s feedback, it remains one of the most reliable options in today’s detox market.
Rescue Cleanse certainly beats Stinger detox drink because our urine test kept coming back negative on drugs.
