Multi-day products with hype and marketing are always very cautious about. One of the products that caught our attention was the All Natural Extreme Detox powder.
Many of our readers wanted to know if we knew anything about the product or the company, so we did some research.
It was more difficult to find reviews from actual customers. Most users seemed to be in the weight loss space, despite some heavy advertising.
That made us a bit suspicious, but we kept an open mind.
Here is what we discovered.
What is the difference between a cleanse and a cleanse?
Xtreme Detoxification powder claims to be a fast multi-day detox based on natural herbs to help remove toxins from your digestive system, kidneys, and liver.
The company that makes Xtreme mainly makes supplements that help to boost energy levels and help with weight loss, but it seems to be marketed in other areas that our readers would be familiar with.
This isn’t a fast 1-hour solution, so we kept that in mind for testing, but we will get to how to use it shortly.
There are quite a lot of herbal ingredients contained in Xtreme, and many of them would be common in the weight loss industry. But some of them are designed for general detox and certain organ functions.
First, let me show you a list.
- Papaya Leaf Powder
- Fennel Seed
- Buckthorn Bark
- Wheat Fiber
- Oat Fiber
- Rose Hips
- Omega Flax Seed
- Cascara Sagrada
- Celery Seed
- Psyllium Husk
- Senna Extract Powder
- Star Anise
I will not tell you the details of how they may or may not work. I will show you what we think the company is trying to accomplish.
For example, alfalfa is known to be a mild diuretic which could help with removing toxins from your stomach .
Papaya leaf has been found to boost the function of the kidneys and the liver. The big question is whether the dosage is strong enough for higher levels of toxin.
“Papaya leaf juice is a great detox drink that has high levels of phytochemicals and flavonoids that work together to cleanse your blood, improve blood circulation, and protect your liver and kidneys from inflammation.”
The writer at TheStatesman.com is Deepa Gupta.
Most of the ingredients are designed to flush out your gut, with a mix of stomach and kidneys.
That could explain the test results we get soon.
How Do You Use It?
This is where Xtreme is quite different from other products we normally test and review.
It isn’t a way to flush out your system in a few hours, but it is a way to take a multi-day approach.
The instructions are very easy to understand.
- You should avoid toxins for five or more days.
- Put a small amount of the powder on an empty stomach and drink some water.
- Don’t drink too much water.
This makes it sound like it’s more than just a cleanse to help with a health condition.

Does It Work?
Based on the high customer ratings, you might jump to the conclusion that Xtreme is the next best thing.
We have already said why we think those are high.
We used the urine test kits that they use in labs after we went through the instructions.
This isn’t a good option to use in preparation for a drug test because we got 4 failures out of 6 tests.
It works well for removing toxins for general health and wellbeing, and it could even give you higher energy levels.
You will not see us using that one.
What is your best alternative to Xtreme?
Our favorite fast detoxification option is still Clear Choice Rescue Cleanse. The formula just seems to work great even for higher levels of toxins.
We retest it as formula changes can affect test results over time. It is the only option that may provide the most consistent results so far.
